Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use the 1LeakLink website, request service, or receive a 1LeakLink service message.

Last updated: October 6, 2026

What 1LeakLink does

1LeakLink is a lead-generation and referral service that collects residential and commercial leak-service requests and may connect them with participating providers. 1LeakLink is not the contractor performing the inspection or repair. The provider is responsible for service availability, inspection, diagnosis, estimates, contracts, workmanship, warranties, and collecting payment.

Service requests and offers

Submitting a request does not create a service appointment, repair contract, or guarantee that a provider is available. Providers confirm service area, timing, scope, and price directly. Contractors offer free leak detection with their consultation; the provider confirms offer terms and availability before scheduling.

Emergency situations

1LeakLink is not an emergency-response service and does not dispatch police, fire, or medical responders. If anyone may be in immediate danger, call 911 or the relevant utility.

Service-related text messages

When a caller presses 1, the caller agrees that recognized answers from the AI intake will be transcribed and sent as one combined internal service transcript to the technician and a 1LeakLink representative. The call is not audio recorded. Website visitors may separately consent to contact about a submitted service request by call or text; consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. The internal transcript program sends one combined transcript per consented intake call. Message and data rates may apply. Staff recipients can reply STOP to stop SMS alerts, HELP for help, or START to resume alerts after opting out. For customer follow-up texts, reply STOP to opt out. For other questions, call 1LeakLink at +1 (951) 583-3137. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using the website

Provide accurate information when submitting a service request. Do not misuse the website, submit information you are not authorized to provide, or interfere with its operation. Information submitted through the site is handled under our Privacy Policy.

No professional or repair advice

Website content and phone intake help organize a request; they do not diagnose a leak, provide an estimate, or replace advice from a qualified service provider. A participating provider decides whether inspection or repair is appropriate.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes and will post the date of the latest version. For questions, call 1LeakLink at +1 (951) 583-3137.
